Decoverly I Homeowners Association thrives because members volunteer to serve on the Board of Directors and Committees below:

Board of Directors – The Board of Directors meets on the fourth Thursday of every month to oversee the operations of the community.  All homeowners and members are welcome to attend the Board of Directors meetings to provide input.  To address or provide feedback to the Board on community matters, contact TMGA at 301-948-6666.

Landscape Committee – The Landscape Committee within the community HOA, where passionate members collaborate to design, implement, and maintain the green spaces, gardens, and overall landscaping aesthetics of our neighborhood.  For feedback related to community landscaping or to join the Committee, contact the property management office at 301-948-6666.

Architectural Review – The Architectural Committee members oversee and regulate architectural guidelines to preserve the aesthetic integrity and property values of our neighborhood.  From reviewing proposed renovations to ensuring compliance with design standards, the Committee plays a pivotal role in maintaining the architectural character of our community.  For feedback related to community landscaping or to join the Committee, contact the property management office at 301-948-6666.
